1. Accepted Payment Methods

Nurtura provides multiple secure payment options. The following methods are accepted:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Afterpay (where applicable)

  • Bank transfers for bulk orders (available upon request)

All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).


2. Payment Processing

  • Full payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been successfully received.

  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed or fulfilled.


3. Pricing and Currency

  • All displayed prices on the Nurtura website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Pricing may change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes and shipping fees, if any, are calculated during checkout.


4. Secure Payment Processing

  • Nurtura uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to support secure online transactions.

  • Credit card and payment details are not stored on Nurtura servers.


5. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed according to the Nurtura Refund Policy.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed.

  • Billing and payment inquiries can be directed to info@bynurtura.com.


6. Fraud Prevention

  • Orders suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity may be cancelled or placed on hold.

  • Additional identity verification may be required for high-value or irregular transactions.
